DELIVERY

 

We offer four types of delivery for standard items, all of our standard deliveries are done by Royal Mail.

1st Class

1st Class – Signed

2nd Class

2nd Class – Signed

For our largest items (large paintings, furniture etc) that are unable to be sent as a standard delivery type, please select pick up as the delivery option and we will quote you for a courier service for your entire order.

Please note, All parcels are packed and sent between Thursday and Monday during our shop opening hours, any orders placed before 4pm on Thursday, Friday or Saturday will aim to be sent out on the same day, orders placed before 3pm on a Sunday will be sent out the next day. Orders placed on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday will be packed and sent out on the Thurdsay.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

All works are carefully checked by us prior to shipping. However, if a work should be damaged, defective or not acceptable to you in some way then please get in touch as soon as possible.

Please check the goods as soon as possible after arrival. Notify us immediately if there is any damage to the work. (Please do so within 3 days of arrival.) If you wish to return your purchase then please let us know within 14 days of delivery.

If you purchase online you have the option to have a replacement (if one can be obtained), choosing another work from our collections or to receive a full refund.

Wherever possible the work should be re-packed in the original packaging and returned to us as soon as possible. Works should be returned to Ormus Ltd, 33 High Street, Aberdour, Fife KY3 0SH. Please ensure the work is packed securely. Once the work has been received and checked we will make a refund of your original payment.

THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS IN ANY WAY.
